The G.R.A.C.E. service area consists of but is not limited to the following area communities.

All of the Richland County Communities and other Surrounding Communities.

    Applications will be available at the G.R.A.C.E. office as well as at all hospitals and medical centers in the G.R.A.C.E. service areas.
